Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website www.andica.com for product details and system requirements and the Shopping Cart Catalog for prices and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, proceed to checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Customers are strongly advised to check suitability, specifications and system requirements of products before ordering, if unsure about the products, please e-mail us with your specifications / queries at info [at] andica [dot] com. Software training and support is not included in the purchase price unless explicitly specified in writing.
The software is licensed for installation once on a single computer/hard drive. Once the activation key has been utilised, it cannot be used on another computer/hard drive. For software purchased as download, only one download is permitted, re-downloads are chargeable at full product price.
Andica software requires activation. Once software has been purchased and installed on your computer, activation screen will be displayed when you start software for the first time.
All purchases of software applications are final. You cannot cancel your purchase of software once delivery process has commenced, including via download or by us making it available to you on the web. By placing an order to purchase software, you acknowledge and agree to this. We do not accept returns of software applications. Once you purchase a software and we make it available to you, you are responsible for downloading (if applicable), installing and you confirm your ability to access software, including activating and using the software and its functionality and bear all risk of loss at the time of downloading or installing or usage of the software, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive malfunction.
Customer accepts that the right to cancel order for downloadable application ceases when the software ordered is downloaded. For software ordered on physical media the right to cancel ceases when the software is installed. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND/OR RETURNS OF SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. By placing an order to purchase an application (software), you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Usage of the software is subject to acceptance of Software Licence Agreement displayed during installation.
All products are of UK specification. We DO NOT currently accept web orders for shipment of packaged software outside the UK, this does not affect orders for downloadable Andica Software. For export of packaged products outside the UK, please e-mail your quotation request.

Shipping And Handling
Delivery within UK: Physical media will be despatched by normal post using Royal Mail (or equivalent) First or Second Class delivery. For larger packages an enhanced service can be used with delivery charge of £9.95 + VAT. We do not sell products on a trial basis. In the event that we agree to the returns of the products purchased, carriage will not be refunded and there may be a further admin charge of 25% to cover the costs. |
Delivery Schedule
Delivery of downloadable software application commences on placing the order online and is completed on display of online receipt or on email of order confirmation with download link and activation key. Delivery process for physical media commences on receipt of order during business hours published on http://www.andica.com/contactus.html or when we make it available to you on the web.
We aim to despatch your CD order within 2-7 working days on receipt of cleared funds. A full postal address is required for delivery, orders will not be despatched to an address with PO Box numbers. Please allow ample time for products to be delivered, we cannot guarantee the delivery timescale. |
Back Orders
For CD and packaged software, if items ordered are not available for despatch within 2-7 working days of your order, the items ordered will be placed on a back order for you. We will contact you with the approximate despatch dates and offer you an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges
VAT will be charged on ALL orders at UK VAT rates prevailing at the time of order. VAT rate at the time of publication is 20%. |
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, card payments are processed securely through a PCI DSS compliant Payment Service Provider approved by acquiring Merchant Banks. Card numbers are encrypted and secured by the Payment Service Provider, we do not store card numbers. |
Guarantee
All software we supply are the latest versions available at the time of purchase and/or despatch. Tax returns software are specific to the tax year indicated on product description. Andica software is supplied subject to Software Licence Agreement and any third party software is supplied based on the vendors/software developers warranty and licence agreement. Please read the software licence agreements carefully before breaking seals, installing and/or activating and/or registering the software.

Licence Agreement to use software:
Your use of the software application will also be governed by the terms and conditions of an end user software licence agreement. Installing and usage of the software constitutes acceptance of Software Licence Agreement displayed during installation.
In the event that we agree to the return of the software, only written agreement will be valid and you will be adviced of the returns and refund procedures. Carriage and packaging charges are not refunded and there will be a 25% handling and restocking charge levied on such returns and recovery of costs.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Andica reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice by updating this page and you agree to be bound by such changes.
